Bayers Lake Business Park is located at the junction of Highways 102 and 103. It is next to the rapidly developing Clayton Park area, and is a short drive downtown Halifax and port facilities.

Bayers Lake is also connected by major Metro transit routes 52 and 21, with regularly scheduled stops during work and shopping hours.
